How much does a rental cost?
Moonbounce rentals begin as low as $129 + tax. Check our
order page for specific pricing.
When should I reserve?
Our rentals are very popular and reservations come quickly. For this reason,
we suggest that you reserve your rental(s) as soon as you know the date of
your party. In very rare circumstances, we may have availability with only a
day or two notice.
If I reserve and the rental is not available, will you contact me?
We will send an e-mail with either a confirmation
and total of your order or availability status. Reply e-mails are generally
sent within an hour or two depending on time of day. If we do not have your
specific rental request, we may offer an alternative rental which we will
hold for 12 hours awaiting a reply. After the 12 hour period, the hold is
released and the rental is available on a first come, first served basis.
Do you rent overnight?
Overnight rentals may be available upon certain conditions being met.
There will be a $100 fee in addition to your rental. This fee does not
constitute a 2nd day rental.
Do you require a deposit?
We do not require a deposit. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Cash, and
Checks. If you would like to prepay for your rental, please contact us for
arrangements.
Do you rent in parks?
At this time, we do not rent in parks.
Can I reschedule and is there a fee for rescheduling?
Sure you can reschedule. We ask that you give us as much notice as possible
and we will need to verify that the unit is available on the date you would
like to change to. There is no fee to reschedule.
What about weather cancellations?
Weather can cause cancellations. These conditions include rain,
thunderstorms, or winds in excess of 15 mph. We reserve the right to cancel reservations if we feel that
safety will be an issue or damage to our units may occur due to weather. If
weather becomes a possible issue, we will make a decision no later than 9:00 a.m. on
the morning of your event and contact you via e-mail and / or phone. Please
understand that sometimes it is necessary to make difficult decisions based
on forecasts. We use
www.wtop.com,
www.noaa.gov,
www.intellicast.com, and
www.weather.com for a variety of
forecasts. In the event that weather could be an issue, there are no refunds
offered after set up, full or partial for weather shortened events.
Are inflatable rentals safe?
Yes, our units are inspected at each setup and take down to verify that your
unit will be in top notch condition. Following the
Safety Rules is critical
to having a safe and fun rental.
Are your rentals clean?
Yes, we use a mixture of lemon scent Simple Green, MatKleen, and water to clean and
disinfect at each setup.
Is NV Moonbounce insured?
Yes, we carry a general liability policy in case of gross negligence on the
part of NV Moonbounce. This statement in no way implies legal
responsibility. Please read your
rental agreement thoroughly.
Can I set up my own inflatable rental?
Unfortunately, no. Due to our insurance regulations we are required to
deliver, set up and take down our units.
How much space is required for a rental?
At least 2-5 feet of open yard per side is recommended for any rental. The
size of your rental would determine the actual amount of space needed.
I have a swimming pool, can I still rent an inflatable?
Absolutely, however keep in mind the space requirements above.
My yard has hills, roots, and trees. Can I rent an inflatable?
Unfortunately, if you do not have a relatively flat, open space free of
trees, roots, rocks, or other obstacles, we are unable to setup.
What times do you drop off and/or pick up the rental?
Generally, our delivery and pick up times range from 8:00am to 8:00pm. If
you need an earlier delivery or later pickup, an additional fee may apply
and we will
do our best to accommodate your schedule. Please keep in mind that due to scheduling, it may be necessary to
drop off early and/or pick up late.
Can I review your rental agreement and safety rules?
Absolutely, click to view our
agreement and safety rules acknowledgements. We require signed copies of
these documents at the time of setup. We will bring all documents required.

We offer discounts for multiple rentals. Contact us for details!
Is it safe to setup on concrete or asphalt?
Although we prefer a softer surface such as grass, we provide a padded
surface at the entrance and exits to all of our bounces for everyone's safety.
Slides and Combos do require a grass setup due to the anchoring required.
What is your delivery area?
We offer free delivery, setup, and removal to the Annandale, Ashburn,
Bristow, Burke, Centreville, Chantilly, Clifton, Dranesville, Fairfax, Gainesville,
Great Falls, Haymarket, Herndon, Lorton,
Manassas, Newington, North Springfield, Oakton, Reston, South Riding, Springfield, Sterling,
Sterling Park, Vienna, West Springfield
communities for orders of at least $129 excluding tax.
